Feel strong and confident in your body again.

A strong routine that goes wherever life takes you. Built on real training science, delivered by a coach who has done the hard part herself. I'm a gentle-ish giant.

Sound familiar?

You don't hate your body. You just want it back.

  • You used to be the athletic one, and that person feels far away.
  • You start strong on Monday and lose the plot by Thursday.
  • Your schedule changes every week and the plan never survives it.
  • You can look up any workout. You still don't know which one is yours.
  • Carrying groceries, chasing a kid, a long day on your feet — it all costs more than it used to.
  • You want to feel capable, not just smaller.
The method

Trained like an athlete. Scaled to your actual life.

01

Start where you actually are

“If you're not sure, I'll help you figure out where you need to get started.” We test movement, strength and capacity first, then we build the plan from those numbers — not from a guess.

02

Train for confidence in your day-to-day

Everything is catered to your goals. Strength, power and conditioning that show up as stairs that don't wreck you, bags you can carry, and a body you trust on a normal Tuesday.

03

Re-test, then adjust

Same tests, same conditions, every few weeks. Progress you can read off a page beats progress you have to feel hopeful about. When the number stalls, the program changes — not your worth.

Be my next success story

Phoenix is under a year old. That means founding clients get the version of me with time, attention and a notebook full of your numbers.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Built to Go Anywhere

What changes when the routine travels with you

Strength you can feel by week six

Loads go up, the test day numbers go up, and the stairs stop being an event.

A plan that survives a hotel gym

Every block has a full version, a short version, and a nothing-but-a-floor version. New terrain, same routine.

You stop negotiating with yourself

The decision is already made before you walk in. That's most of the battle, and it's the part I coach hardest.

Confidence that isn't conditional

Not “once I lose ten pounds.” Strong now, at this weight, in this body, on this Tuesday.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery.

Tell me where you are

Send a note through the contact form. Goals, history, injuries, the week you actually have. No fitness résumé required.

We test and build

A baseline session, then a program written to your goals — and to a schedule that packs light and travels well.

Train, re-test, repeat

Coaching, check-ins, and honest numbers. I'll tell you what you need to know, always with your best interest in mind.

Who's coaching you

I'm a former D1 athlete who got injured, lost myself, and gained 100 pounds. Fifty pounds down and fifty to go, I decided to do two things: educate myself, and help others. I still train every week — currently for the Olympics — so I know both ends of this. The highest level, and the morning you can't face the mirror.

Questions

Ask the awkward ones.

I'd rather answer them now than have you talk yourself out of starting.

Will this transfer to my sport?

Yes, because it's built backwards from it. We test the qualities your sport asks for — speed, power, the positions you live in — train them, and re-test. If a lift isn't earning its place on the field, it goes.

Will it interfere with my season?

In-season work is maintenance and readiness, not hero training. Lower volume, sharp intent, nothing that leaves you flat for competition. Off-season is where we build.

I'm a total beginner. Is that a problem?

It's my favourite place to start. Beginners get the cleanest progress, and you'll never be handed a program you can't execute. If you're not sure where to begin, that's literally my job.

My schedule is chaos. Can this still work?

That's the design brief. Every week has a full, short, and travel version, so the routine bends instead of breaking. Flexible isn't a compromise here — it's the freedom that keeps you consistent.

I've been there and I'm still working through it. Just like you — let's start.
